Shari Jafari is a strategic leader in beauty, wellness, and business growth, recognized for inspiring and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results. With nearly two decades of experience transforming global brands, she has driven initiatives that combine innovation, technology, and consumer insight to create lasting impact.

Her work at the intersection of skincare, technology, and wellbeing has shaped brands that champion personalization, performance, and inclusivity. She played a key role in introducing AI-driven personalization in skincare and scaling purpose-led beauty and wellness concepts across Europe, empowering women through innovation and community.

Before founding One Eleven, Shari spent 17 years at The Estée Lauder Companies leading brand development, market expansion, and strategic growth across global markets. She also serves on several boards, supporting clients in achieving long-term brand success.
